THE EARLY YEARS

The journey on the real estate road started at the age of 11 years old for Effie. She and her mother, visited every property to hit the market in there Vancouver neighborhood. Over a 3 year span Effie negotiated the purchase of three SFH for her mother who did not speak English. Effie learned the in's and out's of assessing a property and negotiating with adult realtors and sellers.

RETURNING TO VANCOUVER

In late 2010 Effie left California where she had resided for almost 15 years and she returned to Vancouver to be with her aging and ailing parents. After both parents had passed, the estate that Effie had helped her mother build, was liquidated and dispersed between herself and her siblings.

PRESENTLY

Effie is now being mentored by Pace Morby, Abraham Gray, Chai Phansalkar, and Prakash Dumbre. She is focusing on lending and accumulating assets: single family, co-living, and short-term rentals.
